The creation of a wine cooperative of the Château-Chalon and Côtes du Jura producers had long been considered by of group of wine growers of this region. This plan was to be carried out between 1956 and 1958 with the building of a wine cellar, which was then restructured in 1990. Our new equipment allows us to age our wines in the best conditions and according to the old tradition. We can also welcome visitors and wine amateurs in a splendid tasting cellar and make them discover the wide range of our produce.
